To support our glass patio roof and glass garden room installations, if you have no existing patio or decking area we can build a bespoke concrete base, providing a strong level footing for your product.
For groundworks, we can use a garden excavator or for smaller areas where access is limited the excavation can be carried out manually.
Base construction comprises of 6 inches of Type 1 aggregate covered with a bed of sand, followed by a 300MU membrane with a grid of 8mm reinforcement suspended 2 inches above and finished with 5 inches of concrete. This formula provides a stable and level base for your glass roof or room.
